I’m Your Man — Preview — An interactive documentary exploring the highs and lows of Australian boxing through the story of former IBF super featherweight champion Billy Dib. Integrates gesture based gaming and branching video, creating a unique narrative for each user. Based on the stage play by Roslyn Oades. Creative Director, Designer, Lead Developer.

The Boat — An interactive graphic novel adaption of Nam Le’s short story about escape after the Vietnam War. Illustrated by Matt Huynh, sound by Sam Petty (Animal Kingdom, The Rover). Animation, Lead Developer.

SBS VR for iOS and Android — SBS’s first foray into VR and 360 video, featuring collaborations with the Sydney Opera House + Vivid, behind the scene’s material with Heston Blumenthal, intimate discussions of Indigenous identity in a modern world, the celebration of Sydney’s Gay and Lesiban Mardi Gras, and a handful of festival circtuit VR documentaries. Supports full 3D stereoscopic. Compatible with Google Cardboard, with more platforms coming soon. App Producer, UX and Design, Developer (encoding + backend services and browser based WebGL player), Occasional Director (e.g. Heston Blumenthal piece).

My Grandmother’s Lingo — An interactive documentary telling the story of Angelina Joshua, a young Aboriginal woman dedicated to preserving her endangered Indigenous language, Mara. Merges voice-activated gaming technology with Jake Duczynski’s animations to unlock the chapters in Angelina’s story. Winner of SXSW Interactive 2017 ‘Responsive Design Award’ and 2017 Walkley Award for Interactive. Supporting Developer, Video Editor.

Junko’s Story: Surviving Hiroshima’s Atomic Bomb — The harrowing experience of a city as seen through one thirteen year old girl’s eyes, told as testimony by Junko Morimoto, and the illustrations of Nancy Liang. Art Direction, Design, Infographics, Lead Developer.

Cronulla Riots: The Day that Shocked the Nation — Investigate the simmering tensions between groups of Australians that led to racially motivated violence at Sydney’s Cronulla Beach in December 2005. Winner of the Walkey Award 2014 for Multimedia, and a finalist at SXSW Interactive for ‘Visual Media Experience’. Documentary collaboration with Northern Pictures. Creative Direction, Design, Lead Developer.

PixiGlitch — A WebGL filter library for Pixi.js. It corrupts the heck out of nice pixels. Here is a demo.

After 6/4 — Twenty-five years have passed since the events that led to June 4, 1989 in Tiananmen Square, Beijing. Explore the fault lines of memory through the conflicting reports of Chinese and Western media. Design and Creative, UI and Animation, Developer.

The Block: Stories from a Meeting Place — The stories of an infamous acre in Sydney known as The Block, a place steeped in a rich history of Aboriginal culture, activism and hope. Over time, tragedy, drug abuse and crime crept into the Indigenous-owned housing precinct. This virtual time capsule invites you to explore the Block in the months prior to it’s demolition. Design and Creative, Lead Developer.

Goa Hippy Tribe — The story of the original Goan hippies, led by the inimitable Eight-Finger Eddie, who first met in the early 70s and re-connected on Facebook to re-unite in 2010. Winner Best Film/TV website at SXSW Interactive 2012. Design and Creative, Lead Developer.
